Ingredients
- 1-15 oz can chick peas drained
- 1/4 c. vegan mayo
- 1/3 c. minced celery
- 2 1/2 TBS minced dill pickle
- 1/2 TBS nutritional yeast
- 1 green onion chopped
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- Black pepper to taste
Preparation
Step 1
In medium bowl, mash the chick peas coarsley with fork and mix in remaining ingredients.
Step 2
Put salad greens on whole grain bread and top with salad.
