Ingredients
- 2 medium acorn squash
- 1/4 c. honey
- 1/4 c. soft butter
- 1/2 tsp salt
- Dash pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Half the squash lengthwise, scoop out seeds and trim bottoms to stand level. Blend honey, butter and salt and brush on squash.
Step 2
Place in greased baking dish and cover tightly with foil. Bake at 375 for 1 hour or till tender. Uncover and bake 15-20 minutes longer or till slightly browned and soft. Baste frequently with honey butter mixture.
