  • 4 apples
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • Vanilla sugar
  • 3/4 cup milk

Preparation

Step 1

Wash, peel and core the apples, then cut them into thin slices.

Step 2

In a pan that can also go in the oven, add a bit of butter and melt it. Then add the apples and cook until they start to melt and become 'molten'.

Step 3

Beat the eggs, then whisk in the flour and the sugar.

Step 4

Add the milk.

Step 5

Pour the egg mixture on top of the apples, directly into the pan. Place the pan in the oven and bake for 20 minutes at 350F.

Step 6

Once you remove it from the oven, unmold onto a plate and sprinkle with the vanilla sugar.
