Ingredients
- 12 large fresh mushrooms
- 4 oz cream cheese softened
- 1 clove garlic
- 4 slices bacon crumbled
- 1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 350°F.
Step 2
Remove stems from mushrooms; discard or reserve for another use.
Step 3
Mix remaining ingredients; spoon into mushroom caps. Place, filled-sides up, in shallow baking dish.
Step 4
Bake 18 to 20 min. or until heated through.
