Ingredients
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 2 eggs
- 1 tub cool whip
- 1-1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup mini marshmallows
Preparation
Step 1
Reserve 2 Tbsp. chocolate chunks; set aside. Whisk eggs in large bowl until blended. Add COOL WHIP, graham crumbs and remaining chocolate chunks; stir just until blended.
Step 2
Spread into 1-1/2-qt. microwaveable casserole.
Step 3
Microwave on MEDIUM (50%) 5 min.; rotate casserole. Microwave on HIGH 4-1/2 to 5-1/2 min. or until cake starts to pull away from side of casserole and is just slightly moist.
Step 4
Place serving plate on top of casserole; invert cake onto plate. Remove casserole. Immediately top hot cake with marshmallows and reserved chocolate chunks.
