Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp condensed milk
  • 1 cup chrushed dry coconut
  • 2 tsp milk powder
  • 1 tsp Butter/ Ghee
  • 2 cups Parle-G biscuit powder
  • 1 cup cocoa powder
  • 3/4th cup castor sugar
  • 1 cup melted butter/ghee
  • 1 tsp milk
  • ½ cup sugar sprinkles

Preparation

Step 1

Heat a pan on gas, add butter and roast the coconut crush for 1 min.

Step 2

Pour condensed milk, milk powder, roasted coconut crush in a mixer pot. Grind everything to make a smooth paste. Knead it like dough. Divide it into small equal portions.

Step 3

Now roll small coconut balls of marble size. Keep aside.

Step 4

Break Parle G biscuits into pieces and grind to powder in mixer.

Step 5

In a bowl add biscuit powder, cocoa powder, castor sugar to mix well. Add 1 tsp milk, melted butter to knead a dough.

Step 6

Divide the dough into small equal portions. Flatten these portions and stuff mini coconut balls. Close outer layer to form bigger balls.

Step 7

Roll these balls on sugar sprinkles and keep aside for 2 hrs to set.

Step 8

Enjoy with your kids or guests.
