Ingredients
- - 4-5 cups of mussels
- - 1 glass of water
- - 1 onion
- - Butter, salt, pepper
- - 1 egg yolk
Preparation
Step 1
- Clean the mussels
- Put them in a saucepan with a glass of water, cook 5 minutes
- Fry a chopped onion, add to the mussels in water
- add more water if you want
- season with salt and pepper
- remove mussels from their shells add butter
- cook 10 minutes
- Dilute an egg yolk into the soup before serving.
