Ingredients
- 1 2/3 cups of peas
- 2 pastry crusts
- ricotta
- 2 eggs
- parmesan
- onions
- olive oil
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400F
Sauté onions in a little olive oil. When browned add the peas and cook a few minutes. Then mash the peas with ricotta, Parmesan, a whole egg and one egg white. Reserve the yolk. Spread the dough in a baking dish. Spread the mixture over the dough. Cover with the second dough and brush with a stroke of yolk.
Step 2
Bake approx 25 minutes. Eat hot.
