sundried tomatoes and goat cheese

Ingredients

  • A small jar of dried tomatoes
  • 2 logs of goat cheese
  • 4 thick slices of country bread
  • 8 pitted green olives
  • Herbs provences
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Toast the bread slices lightly in toaster (or oven) with a drizzle of olive oil. Remove the sun-dried tomatoes and place on toast. Then add two pieces of goat cheese. Add a drizzle more of olive oil and then put in the oven 5 minutes (cheese should be melted) or more if you prefer the cheese to be more grilled.

Step 2

Add the herbs of Provence, salt and pepper. Top with olives at the last moment. Serve while still warm.
