Tagliatelle with Mushrooms and Mustard Sauce

- 16 oz fresh tagliatelle
- 1 oz dried morels
- 8 tbsp mustard preferably with chablis & mushrooms
- 1 3/4 cup light cream
- Salt and pepper

Preparation
Step 1
First prepare the dried morel mushrooms by soaking them in warm water for 15 minutes. Then move to the boiling water for 10 minutes and set aside.
Step 2
Heat water in a saucepan with two pinches of salt for cooking pasta. Plunge the noodles into the water and cook for ten minutes or follow the package directions.
Step 3
For the sauce, it takes about 5 minutes to prepare. Pour the cream into a saucepan. Stir about 8 teaspoons mustard (100g), a pinch of salt and a pinch of pepper. Simmer over low heat a few minutes then add the drained morels.
Step 4
Arrange the noodles on a platter or individual bowls, top with sauce and serve. Bon appetit.
