Scallops and mushrooms in vanilla cream sauce

Ingredients

  • 10 oz gray mushrooms
  • 10 scallops
  • Salted butter
  • 1 half vanilla bean
  • 4 tablespoons of cream
  • 2 sheets of filo pastry

Preparation

Step 1

Cook mushrooms in a skillet with butter. Brown.

Saute scallops, set aside

Step 2

Put cream and 1/2 a vanilla bean in a pan, heat and add scallops.

Wrap mixture in filo sheets and place in the oven.
