  • tsp grated ginger
  • tbsp miso paste
  • tsp sesame oil
  • 1 chopped jalapeno

Preparation

Step 1

combine everything in a sauce pot. Bring to a boil and then reduce to a simmer for 5 min. Remove from heat, let cool and then add scallops. Let sit for a minimum of 2 hours.

  4. Squeeze the juice from 2 limes into a bowl, and add olive oil, soy sauce, minced onion, salt and pepper.
  5. In a bowl, toss together the mango, carrot, rocket, and lime-soy dressing.
  6. Enjoy!
