Ingredients
- 1 lb. chicken breasts
- 4 tablespoons heavy cream
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 1 bunch of parsley
- butter
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper
Preparation
Step 1
In a hot pan, cook the breasts in butter and olive oil.
Step 2
When they are browned and almost cooked, add generous amounts of garlic and parsley, chopped very finely.
Step 3
After 2 minutes of cooking, add 4 tablespoons of thick cream. Stir and bring to boil. Serve hot with noodles.
