Ingredients
- 1 beautiful heart Veal
- 2 onions
- 3/4 lb of carrots
- ½ glass of white wine
- 2 oranges
- 1/4 cup butter
- salt and pepper
- 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
Preparation
Step 1
Peel carrots and cut into sticks. Peel onions and cut into eighths. Squeeze the orange's juice and then cut it into small wedges.
Step 2
Heat a pan with butter and brown the onions and the heart on all sides. When browned, add carrots, white wine, orange juice and orange sections. Add salt and pepper, cover and cook over low heat for 2 hours.
Step 3
Pour into a dish, cut the heart into slices and serve sprinkled with chopped cilantro.
