Ingredients
- A few pieces of tuna and not necessarily the prettiest
- Soy Sauce
- Salt / pepper / paprika
- Olive oil
- 1 onion
- 1 organic lemon
Preparation
Step 1
In a bowl, combine 3 or 4 tablespoons of olive oil and the same amount of soy sauce.
Step 2
Arrange your pieces of fish and seasoning without restraint. Cut onion into thin slices. Do the same with the lemon.
Step 3
Marinate at least 2 hours, turning the pieces occasionally.
Step 4
Bake in a pan or on grill. Do not cook the tuna too much.
