Grilled Tuna (Tahiti)

Ingredients

  • A few pieces of tuna and not necessarily the prettiest
  • Soy Sauce
  • Salt / pepper / paprika
  • Olive oil
  • 1 onion
  • 1 organic lemon

Preparation

Step 1

In a bowl, combine 3 or 4 tablespoons of olive oil and the same amount of soy sauce.

Step 2

Arrange your pieces of fish and seasoning without restraint. Cut onion into thin slices. Do the same with the lemon.

Step 3

Marinate at least 2 hours, turning the pieces occasionally.

Step 4

Bake in a pan or on grill. Do not cook the tuna too much.
