  • 6 slices of country bread
  • 2 ripe tomatoes
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • sheep's cheese
  • black olives
  • green Olivers
  • basil
  • olive oil
  • salt and pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat the broil option of your stove

Step 2

Cut the tomatoes into small dice, after being rinsed and wiped, cut the cheese into slices or cubes, drain the olives and cut into 4. Wash and chop basil.

Step 3

Toast the bread and rub with a garlic clove.

Step 4

Mix cheese, salt, pepper, the diced tomatoes and olives.

Pour a few drops of oil.

Sprinkle with basil.

Step 5

Place under broiler for 4 minutes.
