Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 12 large pitted green olives Spanish
  • 1 egg
  • breadcrumbs
  • olive oil
  • salt

Preparation

Step 1

Cut chicken breasts into small cubes, add salt and fry in a little oil. Reserve

Step 2

Dip the olives in beaten egg and breadcrumbs. Fry in hot oil until browned slightly.

Step 3

Thread onto skewers alternately, a piece of chicken and olives.

Step 4

Serve as an appetizer or aperitif.
