Ingredients

  • - 4 beautiful male zucchini flowers (male flowers have thin stems, will not grow zucchini, female flowers have large stems to grow zucchinis).
  • - 1 tablespoon of flour
  • - 1 egg
  • - 3-4 tbsp of cold water
  • - salt and pepper
  • - 1 tablespoon olive oil

Preparation

Step 1

Rinse the zucchini flowers and remove the pistil. In large bowl combine flour, egg, water, salt and pepper.

Step 2

Heat oil in skillet. Dip the flowers in the bowl and place in skillet. Cook for 5 minutes, turning 1 time. Serve! Bon appetit!
