Goat cheese salad with shrimp

Ingredients

  • salad shrimp or canned shrimp
  • 1/2 cucumber
  • 1 tomato
  • 3 tablespoons cream cheese
  • 2 cups of fresh goat cheese
  • 2 tbsp chives
  • 1/2 lime juice
  • Salt and pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Peel your tomatoes and your half cucumber and cut into small cubes.

Step 2

In a bowl mix together the cream cheese, fresh goat cheese, chives, shrimp, sprinkle with lime juice, salt and pepper.

Step 3

Place your mixture into a circle and unmold. Cut thin slices of lime and cucumber serve with your salad.
