Pear juice with vanilla

Ingredients

  • About 6-8 lbs of pears (depending on the type of pears, some are juicier than others)
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla powder

Preparation

Step 1

Cut pears in half and remove the cores. If your pears are organic, don't bother to peel them, let them keep the skin as well as all the vitamins.

Step 2

Cut the pears into chunks and put them in the juicer.

Step 3

Once the juice is out of the juicer, add the juice of half lemon to prevent oxidation.

Step 4

Pour through a cheesecloth to filter. Add the vanilla powder. Mix.

Step 5

Place in a sterilized bottle. Close and refrigerate.
