Ingredients
- 4 -5 pears (depending on size)
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
- 1 tsp butter
- 4 tbsp water
Preparation
Step 1
Peel the pears, core them and cut them into small pieces.
In a pan melt the butter.
Step 2
Add the pears, sugar and water. Mix and let simmer over low heat for 8-10 minutes, stirring. When the sauce is cooked, pour into a bowl or dish.
