  • 14 oz of snap pea
  • 2 small onions
  • 5 oz strawberry
  • 1 tsp balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Wash the snap peas thoroughly with care , cut the stems.

Step 2

Then boil them in salted water for 10 minutes.

Step 3

Meanwhile, wash the strawberries, cut into squares and the onions.

Step 4

Once the snap peas are cooked, drain then cool with ice water.

Step 5

Drain again when they are cooled.

Step 6

Place in a bowl and add oil and balsamic vinegar and season with salt.

Step 7

In a dish arrange the snap peas in a spiral and garnish with onions and strawberry slices.

Step 8

Spoon over leftover dressing if you desire.

  • 7-9 medium-sized strawberries
  • 1 puff pastry

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Cut the strawberries into halves.
