Roasted Brussels Sprouts
I absolutely love roasting vegetables. This recipe is very basic (but still delicious!). It's also very easy to experiment with different variations. Sometimes I add soy sauce and ginger or other vegetable like carrots and mushrooms!

- 2 garlic cloves
- Olive oil
- Salt and Pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 425 F
Wash, trim, and cut brussels sprouts in half
mince garlic (I use 2 cloves, you can add more or less depending on preference)
Step 2
Toss brussels sprouts and garlic with enough olive oil to coat. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 3
Bake 30 minutes
