italian caprese kabobs
This is one of my favorite recipes I am posting again from last summer, my italian caprese kabobs, I love making them every year!

Ingredients
- 16 small fresh mozzarella balls
- 16 fresh basil leaves
- 16 cherry tomatoes
- Extra-virgin olive oil, to drizzle and balsamic
- Coarse salt & freshly ground pepper, to taste

Step 1
1.Thread mozzarella, basil and tomatoes on small skewers. Drizzle with oils and sprinkle with salt and pepper. enjoy!
