Preparation
Step 1
Marinate 4 drumsticks in Kentuckyaki for 1 hour. I put the chicken in a ziplock bag with enough Kentuckyaki to cover all of the drumsticks.
Step 2
Put 2 TBS of olive oil and 1 TBS of water in a pan, and steam for 5 minutes. In cover and fry until the skin is browned and the meat is not pink.

These quick and easy chicken quesadillas are the perfect, last-minute family dinner!
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup of tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup of chives, chopped
- 1 tsp. of Mexican spice mix
- 4 Tortillas
- Cheddar
- Salt, to taste
METHOD:
- Put shredded chicken breast, tomato sauce, chives, and mexican spice mix in a bowl and mix together.
- Lay out the tortillas. Place a slice of cheddar in the center, and cover with the chicken mix.
- Fold up tortillas, and heat in a frying pan until golden.
