Ingredients

- 2 garlic cloves, halved
- 2 inches of ginger, peeled and chopped
- 1/2 c. fresh cilantro
- 1 small jalapeno pepper, seeded and chopped
- 1 tsp Bourbon Smoked Salt
- 1 tsp Bourbon Smoked Paprika
- 1/2 tsp ground turmeric
- 1/2 tsp ground coriander
- 2 tsp vegetable oil
- 2 lbs of grouper or catfish

Step 1
Process the first 9 ingredients in a food processors until everything is finely chopped. Spread the mixture evenly on both sides of the fillets. Let the fish chill for 30 minutes. On a lightly greased pan, broil fish 5 1/2 inches from heat for 10 minutes. Serve fish with a lime wedge.
