Bourbon Smoked Salt and Vinegar Kale Chips

Ingredients

  • 1 bunch of kale
  • 2-4 TBS olive oil
  • 2 TBS vinegar
  • 2 TBS Bourbon Smoked Salt

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 375

Step 2

Rinse and chop kale into bite-size pieces. Pat dry. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl until the kale is covered. Spread out kale onto baking sheets lined with parchment. Make sure the kale isn't overlapping. Bake for 20 minutes. Sprinkle with extra salt if desired.
