Ingredients
- 4 pork chops (I used the thick ones)
- 6 medium potatoes, chopped into large chunks
- 1 can cream of chicken soup (or home-made)
- 1 packet dry ranch dressing mix
- 1 bunch fresh parsley (optional)
Preparation
Step 1
Grease your slow cooker if it is not non-stick.
Add the potatoes in the bottom and lay the pork chops on the top.
Step 2
Separately, in a bowl, mix the soup and dry ranch packet together. Pour over the pork chops.
Step 3
Cook on low heat for about 6-7 hours. Then switch to high for a further 4 hours.
Use any extra sauce as a gravy!
When serving, sprinkle the chops with parsley if desired.
