Preparation
Step 1
Cut and Boil the potatoes till soft but firm not fully cook Skin off or on how ever you want Cut them in to large cubes
Step 2
take a big pan with good cover U cut up the hotdogs in circles put them in the pan then u take the beans sauerkraut and dump all that in there and the table spoon of mustard
Step 3
Drain Potatoes and dump them in the pan as well and on med - high heat stir all together
Step 4
Just as it is starting to boil from all the juices from the beans and sauerkraut stir and then turn heat down and simmer for 1-2 hrs keep checking and Stir ing
Step 5
server as is or over rice but as is is better
slow cook is the best
