Preparation
Step 1
Trim the fat from pork roast. Place in slow cooker with a little water and cook on low 10 hrs or overnight.
Step 2
Remove roast from slow cooker and shred with two forks being careful to remove any fat. Return to slow cooker, discarding the cooking water.
Step 3
Trim fat from pork roast. Place in slow cooker with a little water and cook on low 10 hrs or overnight.
Melt butter and mix in remaining ingredients with a wire whisk. Pour the mixture over the shredded pork and cook on low for 2 hours.

Spiciness can be adjusted by adding more or less red pepper flakes.
