Ingredients
- 1. Box of Berries
- 2. 2 tbsp of Black Peppercorns (ground)
- 3. Lemon juice to taste
- 4. Beef stock
- 5. Olive Oil
- 6. 1 tbsp Sugar
- 7. Butter
Preparation
Step 1
On a skillet, add in lemon juice, sugar and stir. (Leave the rest for garnish)
Step 2
Pour in the stock and then the pepper, reduce the heat.
Step 3
Add the olive oil and flip the steak over so that it can evenly brown on the other side (after about 5-8 mins).
Step 4
Serve with white rice and neutral colored vegetables, along with the garnish of berries ontop.
