Ingredients
- 8 large carrots, sliced in thin strips or 1 package sliced carrots
- 2 T onion, grated
- ½ cup mayo
- 1/3 cup buttered breadcrumbs
- 1 T horseradish
- ¼ t. paprika
- salt and pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Cook carrots in water, al dente. Drain well.
Step 2
Mix all other ingredients.
Step 3
Place carrots flat in bottom of casserole dish.
Step 4
Sprinkle mixture on top. Can make 2 layers.
Step 5
Bake 275° 15-20 mins.
