By moo2u2
This is a classic go-to that Jared and Katie invented early in their relationship. Lots of protein, easy to make and warms up your insides.

Ingredients
- 1 box of rotini (or other) pasta
- 2 Boca burgers
- 1 pouch of McCormick's chili powder
- 1 can tomato sauce
- 1 can kidney beans (drained)
- 1 can black beans (drained)
- 1 can whole kernel corn (drained)
- To taste:
- Green onions
- Sour cream
- Shredded cheddar cheese.
Preparation
Step 1
Put water on to boil for the pasta.
Put a little bit of oil or non-stick spray in a large frying pan and heat.
Add frozen Boca burgers and keep flipping until they are defrosted enough that you can break them apart with the spoon/fork/spatula.
Step 2
Add the can of tomato sauce and the pouch of chili powder to the frying pan. Stir.
If the water for the pasta is boiling, pour in the pasta and set the oven timer for about 10 minutes (or until pasta is tender).
Step 3
Add the kidney beans, black beans and corn to the frying pan. Stir and turn down the heat to avoid burning.
Step 4
While waiting for the pasta timer, intermittently stir both the pasta and the chili.
Chop up the green onions and pull out the cheese and sour cream.
When the pasta is done, drain it.
Step 5
Quickly serve pasta in bowls and spoon the chili over top of it. Add cheese, sour cream and green onions to taste.
