- 1 can rotel
- cheddar cheese
- chipotle peppers in adobo

Step 1
Open your cans of beans and rotel. Add all three to a saucepan. Heat on low. Grate your cheddar and chop you chipotle peppers. I usually use 2 peppers, but if you like more spice add more!
Step 2
Add the cheese and peppers to your saucepan and heat until cheese has melted. Enjoy!

I used this bean dip as part of a layered dip for a party. I put the bean dip on the bottom of a dish and once it cooled I added a layer of salsa, black olives, guacamole, sour cream, lettuce, tomatoes, then cilantro! It was a big hit!
