  • 1/4 whipped cream
  • 2 1/2 Tbsp butter
  • pinch of salt
  • 3 1/2 unsweetened cocoa
  • 2 Tbsp sugar
  • 2 Tbsp brown sugar

Preparation

Step 1

in medium sauce pan heat cream, butter, & salt to boiling point

Step 2

mix in a small sugar, brown sugar, coca

Step 3

whisk both together & continue cooking until thick
