Preparation
Step 1
Mix flour, salt and confectioners' sugar,Add vanilla extract, and baking powder, combine the dry ingredient with the melted butter, and add orange blossom water plus water, combine until a smooth paste. cover and let rest about 30 minutes
Step 2
