- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 cups flour
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Preparation
Step 1
Cream butter, sugar, and vanilla. Slowly add flour and cornstarch. Fold in chips.
Step 2
Form into 1 inch balls and place on ungreased cookie sheet. Pour sugar into a small plate and dip bottom of a drinking glass in sugar and use to press down cookie balls to flatten.
Step 3
Bake at 300 for 25 to 30 minutes or until bottom browns. Cool 5 minutes before removing from sheet.
