Preparation
Step 1
Boil one drumstick for a minimum of 2 hours
Step 2
Remove and manually shred the meat from the chicken bone by placing the meat into a bowl
Step 3
Dice half an orange into small bite size chunks and add the oranges to the bowl of chicken
Step 4
In a saute pan on medium heat, add 2 tablespoons of olive oil
Step 5
Add your bowl of fresh orange chunks and tender chicken to the saute pan. Sprinkle on a pinch of cinnamon. Saute for only 5 minutes
Step 6
Drain your orange chicken dish on paper towels for 2-5 minutes while it cools
Step 7
Serve alone or with freshly diced orange pieces, sans the orange peel of course
Oranges are a healthy treat for your dog but be sure to feed them in moderation, due to their natural sugar content

Bursting with cheese and wrapped up in bacon, these stuffed chicken breasts are totally irresistible!
Ingredients
- Chicken breast
- 6 -8 bacon slices
- 1 cup spinach leaves
- 1 small jar semi-dried tomatoes
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- Salt and pepper
Method
- Carefully slice the chicken breasts, forming a pocket, without cutting right through.
- Fry the breasts until golden brown on both sides.
- Layer bacon slices on a chopping board.
- Place the chicken breast on the far left, and top with spinach leaves, semi-dried tomatoes and cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
- Roll the chicken breast in the bacon slices, folding it closed as you go.
- Cook in the oven for 20 minutes at 375°F.
- Serve, and enjoy!
