Ingredients
- 6-8 medium, round white potatoes, 1 pack of bacon, 6 green onions 2 celery stalks, 3/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp pepper, 1/2 cup mayonnaise, 1/2 cup sour cream, garnish with celery stick and paprika

Preparation
Step 1
Peel potatoes the night before use and cover with water and chill
Step 2
cut potatoes in to cubes, cook bacon and crumble, cut celery in small pieces, chop onions to bite size,
Step 3
When Potatoes are done, drain and let cool. Mix together mayonnaise, sour cream and onions, celery and seasonings.
Step 4
Add cooled potatoes. refrigerate for a few hours before serving.
Step 5
Garnish with celery stick and paprika, before serving

INGREDIENTS
- Blue cheese
- Cheddar cheese
- Mozarella
- 1 baguette
- Sun-dried tomatoes
- Bacon
METHOD
- Cut your cheeses into thin slices
- Slice baguette down the middle (like a sandwich)
- Layer cheddar, blue, and mozarella cheese inside the bread
- Top with sun-dried tomatoes
- Close baguette and wrap with bacon strips
- Put in oven and bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees
- Slice and serve!
