- 1 Pound potatoes
- 1 1/2 pounds Asparagus
- Salt
- Chili powder
Preparation
Step 1
Potatoes- quarter and toss with 2 tablespoons olive oil place in baking dish and sprinkle with salt, and chili powder, bake at 425 degrees
Step 2
Asparagus- toss with olive oil salt and pepper, roast until tender (15 min)
