Step 1
Heat oil in a pan then add the glass noodles. Let the vermicelli roast (beware it happens very fast!), Stirring constantly with a spatula. Add glasses of rice one by one, leaving grill 3 minutes always stirring.
Step 2
Add 5 cups of cold water (the last with salt). Cover, cook over very low heat about 15 minutes (until there is more water).
