Ingredients
- 5 Fresh Tilapia Fillets
- 5 Teaspoons Butter
- Parsley
- 5 Sprigs Fresh Thyme
- Garlic powder
- Kosher Salt
- Ground Black Pepper
- 1 juicy lemon
- 1 teaspoon fresh minced garlic
- Tinfoil
Preparation
Step 1
Layer the tilapia fillets in a shallow baking dish. Squeeze the juice of one lemon over the fillets. Rub the fillets with some of the minced garlic then season with the seasonings then place a teaspoon of butter and a sprig of thyme in the center of each fillet. Cook covered tightly by tinfoil for 15 minutes. Or until the fish flakes slightly. Don't over cook!
