Ingredients

  • 2 TBSP Oil
  • 2 TBSP Vinegar (if that seems to tart for you, you can add a little sugar)
  • 2 Cups Mayo
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 Package Oscar Meyer Bacon pieces
  • 3 or 4 Dill Pickles finely diced
  • 1 small Onion finely diced
  • 6 large Potatoes

Preparation

Step 1

Dice potatoes and boil till soft, rinse and let cool.

Step 2

Mix all other ingredients together and then pour over potatoes and mix....serve chilled.

  5. In a bowl, toss together the mango, carrot, rocket, and lime-soy dressing.
  6. Enjoy!
