Ingredients
- 2 Cups thinly sliced cucumbers (4 small or large cucumbers)
- 1/2 TSP Salt
- 1 Cup Thinly sliced onion
- 1/4 Cup Vinegar
- 1/4 Cup water
- 1 TBSP Sugar
- Pepper to tatse
Preparation
Step 1
Place cucumber slices in a medium bowl and sprinkle with salt.
Step 2
Stir in onions.
Step 3
Mix remaining ingredients in a small bowl. Pour over cucumbers and onions, toss lightly and cover.
Step 4
Refrigerate for an hour before serving.
