  • 250 g cake flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 Teaspoon baking powder
  • 250ml whole milk
  • 2 large egg white, room temperature
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 80 ml oil
  • 150g sugar
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • Frosting
  • 3 cups powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream
  • 6 tablespoons heavy white cream
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • Fondant

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven 380F
Whisk flour, baking powder and salt and cocoa powder in medium bowl. Whisk milk, egg, oil and vanilla in another bowl.
add flour mixture in 2 additions alternately beating on low speed until blended between additions.
bake 5 min at 380 and than reduce temperature at 350 for 15 min.

Step 2

Beat powder sugar, 2 tablespoons sour cream in large bowl until blended continue beating add heavy white cream and cream cheese at a time until mixture in light and fluffy about 3 minutes .

Step 3

Cut the cake on three layers add the frosting between each one.
Roll out fondant like a pie crust 1/4 inch thick size.
smooth and shape fondant on cake top and side until it feels silky.and decorate as you like.
