Ingredients

  • 3 cups shortening
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon white vanilla
  • 4 1/2 tablespoons white corn syrup
  • 1 cup hot water
  • 11 cups icing sugar

Add remainder and mix on low speed to blend. Scrape down bowl and turn to high speed. beat 3 minutes. Will appear curdly at first
