Baked Oatmeal Bars

Ingredients

  • 3 C oats
  • 1/2 C brown sugar
  • 2 t baking powder
  • 1/2 t salt
  • 1 t cinnamon
  • 1 t vanilla
  • 1 C milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 T coconut oil
  • Add ins- see Tips

Preparation

Step 1

Melt coconut oil and preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Step 2

Mix dry ingredients together.

Step 3

Add coconut oil, mix.

Step 4

Add milk, eggs, vanilla and mix well. (Add in any extras)

Step 5

Pour into greased 9 x 13 pan.

Step 6

Bake for 30 minutes.

1 C chocolate or flavored chips
1/4 C cocoa
1/2 C coconut
1 C crushed pinapple
1 C pumpkin puree
1/2 C craisins
1/2 C raisins
1 C berries
1 C chopped apples
1/2 C peanut butter
1/2 C jelly
2 mashed bananas
1/2 C applesauce
1/2 C yogurt
4 oz cream cheese
1/2 C chopped nuts
