Ingredients
- 2 1/2 Cups crushed graham crumbs
- 1/2 Cup butter
- 1/2 Cup soft butter
- 2 Cups icing sugar
- 2 well beaten eggs
- 1 small container whipped cream (+vanilla and sugar)
- 3/4 Cup crushed and drained pineapple
Preparation
Step 1
Crust: mix together crumbs and butter and place in 9x9 pan, only pat down GENTLY. Bake for 15 at 350°
Step 2
Mix together butter, icing sugar, and eggs and pour over hot crust. refrigerate.
Step 3
Mix pineapple and whip cream and top cooled crust. sprinkle with graham crumbs and refrigerate until served.
