Best no-stain Blood Recipe

Learned in a special effects glass. Completely realistic and it NEVER stains clothing. Also, tastes great on icecream.
Ingredients
- 2L corn syrup
- 500ml chocolate syrup
- 2 c. water (1 c. HOT, 1 c. COLD)
- 2 tbsp (heaping) cornstarch
- 3 tbsp (heaping) coffee mate
- 1 28ml bottle red food colouring
- 10 ml yellow food colouring

Preparation
Step 1
Mix both syrups together in large (and I mean LARGE) pot on high heat.
Step 2
Use 1c. cold water to rinse out corn syrup containers. Dissolve cornstarch in that water. Add to pot.
Step 3
Use 1 c. hot water to dissolve coffee mate. Add to pot.
Step 4
Bring pot to boil, stirring occasionally.
Step 5
Mix in food colouring. Add more then recommended if necessary.
Step 6
Let cool and store in fridge.
Can be kept in fridge for weeks at a time. If thicker gravy-like blood is needed for showing on skin w/o dripping, use the following:
1c. Coffee Mate instead of 3tbsp
3/4 c. cornstarch instead of 2 tbsp
only enough water to dissolve powders into paste.

Chef Tips and Tricks
These salted caramel thumbprint cookies are easy to make and super delicious!
INGREDIENTS:
- 1/4 cup / 50g of softened butter
- 1 egg (divide the yolk and white)
- 1/4 cup / 50g of sugar
- Pinch of sea salt
- 1 cup / 150g of flour
- 1 cup / 100g of chopped nuts
- Salted caramel
- Melted dark chocolate
METHOD:

In a bowl, mix together the butter, egg yolk, sugar, and salt.

Add the flour and mix. Roll into a ball.

Chill for 30 minutes.

Remove from refrigerator. Divide the dough and roll into 1-inch balls.

Dip each ball in egg yolk, and then roll in chopped nuts.

Place on baking sheet (lined with parchment paper), and press your thumb into the center.

Bake at 340°F/170°C for 12 minutes, or until golden.

Remove from oven and let cool.

Pour the salted caramel into the center groove,and drizzle with dark chocolate.
