  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup light corn syrup
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Step 1

mix everything in a pan. bring to a boil & boil for 3 minutes or so. serve over pancakes, waffles or french toast

serve warm. it gets thicker as it cools
